Digital Services

All Subvo purchases are for digital processing services, including caption generation and rendered output delivery.

Processing Starts Immediately

Processing may begin immediately after you submit a job. Because resources are allocated and work starts right away, refunds may not always be possible once processing has started.

This does not affect your statutory rights or refunds for paid jobs where Subvo confirms that it failed to deliver the paid output.

Chargebacks and Service Access

Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in service access restrictions, loss of platform access, and formal billing dispute review. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback behavior may lead to permanent service access restrictions.
