Last updated: March 8, 2026

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Subvo, a short-form video captioning service operated by VLTMS Ltd. By using Subvo, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. If you use Subvo for a company, you confirm you can bind that organization to these terms.

Service Access

You are responsible for accurate payment and contact information, keeping any job, payment, or recovery links secure, and all activity connected to your Subvo session. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

Description of Service

Subvo allows users to upload videos, generate AI-assisted captions, preview output, pay to render burned captions, and download processed files. We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of content you upload, including videos and text. Subject to these terms, you also retain ownership of caption files and rendered outputs generated from your content. You represent that you have all required rights to upload and process that content and that your use does not violate law or third-party rights. You are solely responsible for uploaded materials and generated outputs. See our Content Responsibility Policy.

License Granted to Subvo

You grant VLTMS Ltd a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, and temporarily store your content solely to operate and maintain the service, including caption generation, rendering, delivery, security, and reliability improvements.

We do not use your uploaded videos or generated caption/output files to train general-purpose AI models unless you explicitly opt in.

Payment Terms and Billing

Paid features are usage-based. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms and privacy practices. You authorize charges for services you request. Prices may change with notice.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy at /legal/refunds.

Chargeback Abuse Protection

All purchases are for digital services that may begin immediately. Filing unjustified chargebacks without first contacting support may result in service access restrictions and dispute investigation. See our Chargeback Policy.

Service Availability Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

AI Generated Content Disclaimer

Caption generation uses AI systems and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review captions before publishing. Subvo disclaims liability for loss or damage caused by incorrect captions. See our AI Output Disclaimer.

DMCA Policy Reference

If you believe content processed through Subvo infringes copyright, submit a takedown request under our Copyright / DMCA Takedown Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VLTMS Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Subvo is limited to the amount you paid to Subvo in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VLTMS Ltd and its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from your content, misuse of the service, or violation of these terms or applicable law.

Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create legal risk, or abuse the platform. You may stop using Subvo at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
