Content Responsibility Policy
Last updated: March 8, 2026
Ownership and Rights
You retain ownership of content you upload to Subvo. By uploading, you confirm you have the legal right, permission, and authority to process that content through the platform. Subject to these terms, you also retain ownership of caption files and rendered outputs generated from your content.
Prohibited Uploads
You must not upload, process, or distribute content through Subvo that includes:
- Copyrighted content without permission
- Illegal material
- Malware or malicious code
- Violent extremist or terrorist content
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation material
User Accountability
You are solely responsible for uploaded content, generated captions, and all downstream use or publication of processed files. Subvo provides processing tools and does not pre-approve every user submission.
Enforcement Rights
Subvo may remove content, suspend jobs, restrict platform access, or restrict service access where we suspect policy breaches, legal violations, or risks to users, rights-holders, or platform integrity.
